Basque cheesecakes differ from other cheesecakes because they are baked at high temperatures to intentionally achieve a caramelized top and creamy interior.

This cheesecake debuted and became a quick favorite at the farmers market this year. It features an Osmanthus flower tea infused cream cheesecake. The buttery fragrant tea pairs beautifully with the honey sesame cookie crust. It is simply elegant and rich in flavor. 

This 6 inch cheesecake serves 6-8 slices.
