Nothing says fall like apple picking in an orchard.  We're bringing the irresistible smell and taste of fresh picked apples to your home dining experience with our Orchard dumplings.  In these dumplings, pork is marinated in sweet New York maple syrup from Brower Road Sugar House in Gloversville, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. A delicious autumn mirepoix of local apples, onion, and celery are added to the pork.  This apple-tizing filling is then wrapped in a dumpling skin seasoned with cinnamon.  Your whole kitchen will smell divine while these dumplings sizzle or steam.  This versatile dish can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!  We recommend pairing these dumplings with our fall sauce - Maple Harvest.
