We’re proudly sourcing our kimchi from Sunhee's Farm & Kitchen of Troy, NY. Their kimchi is so good and their mission to engage and empower the community is even better. This dumpling takes all the power of fermented kimchi and mixes it with loads of protein and flavor (beef, tofu, dangmyeon (sweet potato starch noodles), scallions, and onions). Mixed together, the filling is mildly spicy. Complement this dumpling flavor with dipping sauce and chili oil if you want to ramp the heat back up!
