叉燒包 (cha siu bao) is a staple in dim sum cuisine.  Originating in Guangdong Province, China, this delicious dish has spread in popularity around the world.  It's no wonder that this dumpling is so beloved - a pillowy lightly sweetened steamed bun surrounds juicy barbecue pork.  We make the dough from scratch and hand pleat each bun.  The pork filling is first marinated and slow-roasted before being diced and mixed with a sweet and savory sauce consisting of hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, onions, shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and a dash of five spice.  Taste and see for yourself why these roast pork buns are irresistible!

There are (4) frozen fully cooked cha siu bao packed in a heat sealed plastic bag.  To reheat, simply steam the number of bao you would like to eat for approximately 12-14 minutes.  Each bao is approximately 3 inches in diameter.
