Bunny Mooncake Set (4 pcs) - VG/GF

Celebrate Easter and/or spring with this 4 piece set of snowskin mooncakes. These are made with vegan and gluten-free ingredients.

Snowskin mooncakes are made with sweet rice flour and have a similar texture to mochi. Each set comes with two bunnies with chocolate raspberry anko (white bean paste) filling and two carrots with chocolate orange zest anko filling.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Best enjoyed within 1-2 days from pick-up.  Set out to room temperature for approximately 15 minutes before eating.

Ingredients: Coconut milk, powdered sugar, sweet rice flour, rice flour, corn starch, canola oil, water, sugar, white bean, Fortunato cocoa mass, coconut oil, freeze dried raspberries, orange zest, beet powder, turmeric, matcha powder, salt, black sesame seeds.
