Taro is a starchy root vegetable commonly used in South Asian cuisine for both sweet and savory dishes. It has the texture of a white potato but with a sweeter and nuttier flavor. In this bao, the taro is made into a sweet paste with coconut milk and wrapped around a coconut mochi center. A creamy and chewy delight! These baos are enhanced with edible flowers colored with natural food powders.

Each 13 oz. bag contains (4) frozen fully cooked baos. To reheat, steam the boas from frozen for approximately 14-15 minutes.


Flour, water, taro, coconut milk, sugar, sweet rice flour, canola oil, corn starch, wheat starch, baking powder, yeast, coconut oil, salt.
